Information about the apartments
The accommodation consists of two apartments situated on the first floor, each able to sleep four and furnished to a high standard. The newly built, comfortable and stylishly furnished apartments are ideal for single travellers, couples, friends or families with up to two children.
Both apartments are open-plan (living area, kitchen and sleeping area in the same room) and feature a separate bathroom and shower. The holiday apartments are approximately 40 square meters in size. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment. It is also possible to rent a space in the garage for an additional charge of CHF 5 per night.
Amenities
Comfortably furnished
Both apartments are bright, comfortably furnished and equipped with underfloor heating. The modern kitchen contains a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules), a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses.
The living room is equipped with a dining table with four chairs, a TV and a comfortable sofa to chill out on. The sleeping area has two double beds that sleep four in total. WLAN is also available.

Dining table with four chairs.
Relaxing
Sofa and TV with a choice of channels.
Washing
Washing machine and tumble dryer available on the ground floor if required.
Parking
Parking spaces situated directly in front of the apartments.
Indoor parking
Parking space in our garage for a car, motorcycle or bicycle (on request at an extra charge).
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartments (smoking is allowed in front of the building). Pets are not permitted.

- The final cleaning costs are already included in the prices.
- Direct bookers benefit from a 10% discount.
- Re-bookers are also rewarded with a discount of 15%.
Conditions
Each open-plan apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people and is equipped with two double beds (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). The apartments are particularly suitable for couples or families with a maximum of two children. Due to the limited space in the open-plan apartments, they are not recommended for four adults. As there are two apartments, we would advise groups of four adults to book both apartments.

- prices are per apartment (excluding visitor’s tax)
- the final cleaning charge is already included in the prices.
- the accommodation may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before your stay
- prices for stays of eight or more nights on request
- a parking space in our garage can be rented on request for CHF 5 per night.
